All Karl Suss Mask Aligners offered for sale by ClassOne are fully reconditioned to meet or exceed original factory specifications. Our Karl Suss Mask Aligners are sold with a 6 month warranty and full factory specification guarantee. We support our mask aligners with spare parts, service, and installation/training.

The ClassOne Karl Suss reconditioning process:


Receiving and Preparation
 
  • Initial cleaning and preparation for reconditioning process.
  • Initial Functional and cosmetic inspection.

Reconditioning
 
  • All Subassemblies are completely disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, reassembled and adjusted.

    • Wafer Alignment Stage.
    • WEC Head.
    • Transport Slide.
    • Pre-Aligner Assembly (if applicable).
    • Microscope Assembly.
    • Exposure Optics.
    • Lamp Power Supply.
    • System Wiring.
    • Pneumatic Hoses.
    • All System Tubing replaced with New.
    • Relays.
    • Pneumatic Regulators.
    • Manipulator Assembly (for MJB3s).

  • Any worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced.
  • Full optical alignment of Microscope performed.
  • Exposure optics are cleaned, tested and adjusted.
  • Machine covers are repainted or replaced as needed.
  • Machine is fully re-assembled.

Quality Control and Shipping
 
  • Machine is fully tested to verify compliance to original specification.
  • System deinstalled and made ready for packing/crating (as recommended/required by Karl Suss factory).
  • System packed: All components and accessories bubble wrapped individually. All parts packed are labeled clearly.
  • Professional crating of system. Each crate includes a floating base, tip-n-tell devices inside and outside of crate, and shockwatch devices inside and outside of crate. Equipment is vacuum barrier bagged (vacuum sealed) for international shipments.
  • Shipping arrangements made with approved shipping company (companies approved by ClassOne have extensive experience transporting sensitive electronics equipment worldwide while at the same time providing very competitive pricing).
  • Shipping documentation provided; Shipment confirmation email sent with all tracking information provided.

All our Karl Suss systems are available for full inspection and demo at our facility.
